Delivery Policy

Deliveries:

Gold Coast deliveries will be delivered within 7-10 business days of items being available in our warehouse.

All other delivery areas can expect delivery within 14-21 business days for in stock items.

We will provide our customers the most accurate ETA we can at the time of order. If there are any delays or other issues at all with your order, we'll get in touch with you as soon as possible.

Made to order items such as Australian made sofas and chairs have an approximate manufacturing time of 8-10 weeks.

Deliveries between Sydney and the Gold Coast are done on the next available run. Our truck travels between Sydney and the Gold Coast every 2 – 3 weeks. The flat rate delivery fee is based on a 1 man ground floor delivery to the front door or garage. It does not include any unpacking, assembly or rubbish removal. If an item is heavier than a one man lift and assistance cannot be given at time of delivery additional charges may apply.

Sydney and Gold Coast customers will receive a text the day prior to your arranged delivery date to confirm your allocated 2-hour delivery timeslot. Customers outside of these areas will be contacted with an estimated date of delivery based on the next run and will receive a text the day prior with a 2-hour delivery timeslot.

All orders require a signature on delivery.

Customer pickups:

Customers may choose to pick up smaller items from the Showroom or warehouse. When stock is available for collection, the customer will be notified. Staff are not able to assist with the loading of pick ups so please ensure adequate labour and packing materials are brought with you for the pick up. There is no warranty on any transport damage for customer pick ups.

Floor Stock & Clearance Items:

The ownership of floor stock & clearance items does not pass to the consumer until payment has been made in full. Floor stock & Clearance items cannot be held pending payment due to their limited nature. Floor stock & Clearance items are sold as is with no returns, refunds or exchanges. Floor stock & Clearance items must be collected or delivered within 7 days from the date of purchase, these items are unable to be stored or left in store beyond these terms.
