While our goal is a 100% error-free site, we do not guarantee that any content is accurate or complete, including price information and product specifications. If we discover price errors, they will be corrected on our systems, and the corrected price will apply to your order. Tigress Furniture reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions (including after an order has been submitted and accepted). If you do not wish to proceed with your order you will be refunded in full under our Satisfaction Guarantee.
FLOORSTOCK & CLEARANCE ITEMS
The ownership of floorstock & clearance items does not pass to the consumer until payment has been made in full. Floorstock & Clearance items cannot be held pending payment due to their limited nature. Floorstock & Clearance items are sold as is with no returns, refunds or exchanges. Floorstock & Clearance items must be collected or delivered within 7 days from the date of purchase, these items are unable to be stored or left in store beyond these terms. There is no warranty on floorstock items which may have signs of wear and tear, manufacturer faults and/or damage and are purchased as is.
MADE TO ORDER STOCK
Notwithstanding any other provision of these terms and conditions, orders for products which are made to individual customer specifications, including custom made furniture products, or custom fabric products, which have to be ordered specifically for a customer cannot be cancelled or returned if the customer decides the customer no longer wants the products. Any deposit will be forfeited if the sale does not proceed for any reason.
